Really what more can I ask for? The price was right and the order was correct. The food isn't as good as a decent sit-down or even as Macca's or Subway, but it's quite good enough. I'd say 7 or 8 out of 10. The menu is quite varied and they keep it fresh. I appreciated their attempt at novelty with that Fuego burger deal. It just ended up tasting like Takis, but I love the creativity. That goes for the drinks, the Freestyle soft drink machine is great. The building itself is in a nice location, on a quiet grassy hill in the middle of suburbia. The restaurant is acceptably clean for a fast food restaurant and it's well-stocked. You'll have no problems getting napkins or ketchup packets probably. It's also nice and darkish inside, with very dim lighting. I've eaten there before and I found it pleasant. The staff tends to have a bit of attitude, but really, what do you expect?

Staff needs training in customer service. It's not just about collecting the money but they need to pay attention if it's dine in or take out. There body language in responding to the customer questions is important to make one want to come back. I am glad I chose not to be irritated

Best Wendy’s in Baltimore. HANDS DOWN! The service was FAST. All of my food was FRESH HOT AND DELICIOUS. And most importantly the staff was incredible and friendly. You can tell that their Manager actually cared and we was working just as hard as his staff.

Dont eat here often. Fast food taste good but so unhealthy. They forgot to charge me for my order, but I reminded them. First time ever for any Fast food place.

I live around the corner and come here often. The staff is by far more polite at this Wendy's then any other. My order is always correct and everything is as fresh as it can get for fast food. Sometimes, I'll wait to get home just to hit this Wendy's. Keep up the great work! Edit: i've been coming to this location for ten years, and made this review four years ago. Everything I said earlier still stands. The consistency for ten years has impressed me for fast food restaurant. Every worker that i've ever encountered has been respectful, courteous and kind. Many other fast food chains can definitely learn from this Wendy's team! Honestly, you guys are amazing!

(Orig. OCT/NOV 2021) If you go to this location, DO NOT order via drive thru. You need to go inside to order because they often have missing or incomplete items, so you end up overpaying for what you actually receive. You need to open your food and see if they got your order correct, because they often don't. Missing patties, chicken instead of beef, missing things from salads, wrong size fries etc. Also, it's put together poorly: lettuce or tomatoes still frozen. The employees are inattentive. For as many customers as they get, you shouldn't have to yell at the intercom to see if they're actually present. I gave two stars because at least their fries are usually fresh. Usually. EDIT: June '22. They have gotten much better. I had to give them other chances because they're really the only Wendy's for miles. I think they completely changed out their staff and the employees actually care to do their job. I'm not missing items anymore, the food is fresh and well put together. The drive thru line also moves a little faster. Total 180 from months ago. Management and employees are doing a great job.
